Week 6

A short week due to President's  Day consuming both Monday and Tuesday.  And we were in CdA picking up our new camper!  (Yay!)

Learning about Pixar in a box from Khan Academy.  Cool stuff!!

A 2.5 mile (round trip) hike!

Week 4 Days 4-7

At a fellow homeschooler friend's home.  Learning about curriculum and making friends.  

She hurt her knee at the friend's house on the trampoline, so we wrapped it and she tried PE on Friday.  It was really sore after class :(

Week 4, Day 3

Smarty Pants got to start the drama class at the Homeschool Resource Center... Aka, school. 

I slyly worked in some school work.  She has been putting off the prehistory unit study because she doesn't want to do the drawing.  So I printed some pages for her to color!

Friday wasn't too cold and the kids were driving me CRAZY with their energy inside.  So before we were off to swimming for little buddy, I told them to get the heck asked them to go play outside.  She created a "house" for him and then made her own mat in the teepee.

After little bubba went swimming, we ate lunch and then headed to the PE class.  Smarty Pants loves these classes, but they totally wear her out!  They are 1.5 hours of games and running around. 

Since it was birthday week, her best friend got to come over for a playdate and I was very pleasantly surprised with how gracious she was and genuinely excited for the time and the gift that she received.
